Database Services
Your direct marketing program is only as good as the database that drives it. As a thought leader in the direct marketing industry, Bazzirk can supply the expertise you need to make your direct marketing programs as efficient as possible. Our services include:
Sourcing and Acquisition
We ask the questions necessary to define your database pull, then source and acquire a raw database that answers your criteria. HP requires that we bump all databases acquired for partners against the HP Major Accounts database and the HP Suppression List. Those bumps are included in our service. Your options include databases with and without e-mail addresses.
Contact Verification and Cleansing
We take the database you provide (or the raw database we have acquired for you) and verify the contact information, correcting any errors or bad information.
Decision Maker Identification
We call into the database you provide (or the database we have acquired for you) and identify the decision maker within each account for the product or service you want to sell, based on your criteria. This service does not include Account Qualification.
Account Qualification
We work with you to develop a script that includes 1-2 key qualification questions together with up to 4 other questions that can help reveal pain points, interests, and urgency. We then qualify accounts as potentially good prospects for you based on the answers to these questions.
